Electrolyzer is the core of the Water for Fuel Kits. It is build with converted jar lid with electrodes, valves, wiring terminals, etc. The design with Spiraled electrodes will produces MORE HHO than any other similar conversion kits.
You will need the following part to build a kit to run car on water.
a. “Wide Mouth Mason Jar”
b. “Ball 37000 wide mouth canning jar plastic storage caps”
c. Plexiglas
d. Bolt
e. Washer (flat & split)
f. Adjustable Dripper (Bubbler)
g. Check Valve
h. Clear Vinyl Tubing
i. Vacuum Hose
j. Ribbed Anchor
k. Electrode wire
Steps to build Electrolyzer
1. Start with creating the lid of the jar by marking and drilling holes in the lid.
2. Glue two flat washers onto the lid, upper side, using Super Glue.
3. Insert and glue onto the 6” vacuum hose, using Goop, one barbed “elbow”. At the other end insert one barbed coupling (without glue). Secure the bottom part of each elbow.
4. Build a Plexiglas core for the electrodes: cut two pieces of thick Plexiglas with slots cut halfway
5. Insert the bolt into the lid, add a split washer and nut, and then tighten them together.
6. Start winding the electrode (the two wires together) in a spiral motion down the Plexiglas core.
7. Secure the edge of the electrode at lower part of the Plexiglas core. This is how should it look like.

8. Glue the electrodes wherever they touch the tower. Prepare the bubbling tube by cutting clear vinyl and insert a small anchor into the lower edge of this tubing.
9. From the bottom of the lid, insert and glue the bubbler tubing onto the lower part of the air inlet. Secure the loose end of this tubing to one of the electrodes with cable tie.
10. Finally, insert the finished unit into a wide-mouth canning jar.
